• Compaq Terminal protector boots are designed to be used in cable entry boxes with all types of Compaq Terminations. The elastomeric housing has excellent track and erosion resistance, dielectric properties and environmental resistance, giving superb performance in areas of high humidity and electrical stress. The Cable Terminal Protector is a unique insulating system for providing phase to phase and phase to ground insulation to power cable terminals where these terminations need to be installed in very compact areas like motor terminal boxes, ring main units having bushing type C. The Boots are easy to install and is designed for disconnection and reusability. It also provides complete sealing of the Cable, cable lug, and the bushing and thus prevents flash-over due to rodent and high humidity.
