The COMPAQ Armor Cast Tape is a fiberglass-reinforced structural repair wrap designed for the strengthening, sealing, and mechanical protection of damaged cables, splices, and auxiliary joints.
This pre-impregnated composite is water-activated, cures rapidly, and forms a hard, maintenance-free shell — delivering a reliable, long-term protective coating without the need for heat, special tools, or electrical supply. Its rugged design ensures consistent performance in utility, industrial, telecom, and field maintenance applications.
No tools, electricity, or reworking required; simply moisten and wrap.
Sets in approximately 30 minutes with full cure within 24 hours.

Suitable for polyethylene, lead-sheathed, pressurised, and non-pressurised cables.
