COMPAQ’s CCSB Series – Cold Shrink Breakout Boots offer an advanced sealing solution for protecting the crutch area of 3-core power cables. Designed for use with both polymeric and PILC-insulated cables, these factory-expanded silicone rubber boots are mounted on removable inner plastic cores that contract upon installation—ensuring an airtight, watertight seal without the need for heat, flame, or tools.
Manufactured from high-grade silicone rubber, the boots provide excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone, moisture, and temperature extremes, making them ideal for indoor and outdoor applications in medium voltage cable systems.
Installs quickly without heat or flame—simply remove the inner core for safe, tool-free application.
