COMPAQ Heat Shrink Elastomeric Triple Layer (TriFit) Tubing is a next-generation insulation solution engineered for medium voltage networks up to 42kV. Built with a co-extruded semi-conductive, insulation, and elastomeric triple layer design, it combines electrical integrity with mechanical strength, ensuring dependable performance in demanding environments.

Manufactured from specially formulated, cross-linked thermoplastic polymers, the tubing delivers a precise fit once shrunk, forming a robust protective barrier around the cable. Its advanced construction not only provides superior dielectric strength and sealing but also protects against fire, moisture, and corrosion, extending service life and reducing maintenance needs.

 The standard shrink ratio is 3:1, ensuring a tight, profile-following fit over a wide range of cable diameters. 

Installation is done using a standard gas torch or industrial hot-air gun. Once heated, the tubing shrinks uniformly and conforms tightly to the underlying surface.
