Product Overview
The COMPAQ Live End Seal Kit is a heat shrinkable sealing solution developed to safely terminate energized low voltage cable ends. Designed for system voltages up to 1.1kV, these kits ensure individual core insulation, moisture sealing, and earth fault continuity, making them ideal for stop-end joints, temporary terminations, or decommissioned cables that remain live.
Manufactured from cross-linked polyolefin and incorporating a conductive screen bandage, the kit offers long-term electrical insulation, mechanical durability, and clear live cable identification through a robust thick-wall end cap with a prominent live flash symbol.
Cross-linked polyolefin for long-term environmental sealing and dielectric performance.
Adhesive-lined mini caps protect each conductor, preventing phase-to-phase faults.
Heavy-duty, heat shrinkable cap with a clear live flash symbol for safety awareness.
Conductive screen bandage restores grounding continuity.
Suitable for damp, buried, or outdoor conditions.
Works as part of pot end joint kits or as a standalone live end sealing solution.
