Product Overview

The COMPAQ Stand-Off Insulator and Support Bracket range is designed to provide secure, reliable mounting for medium voltage (MV) cable terminations in outdoor environments. These insulators are ideal for installations on poles, steel structures, and gantries where MV cables transition to overhead lines or connect within distribution systems.

Rated for up to 36kV, COMPAQ stand-off insulators deliver both mechanical stability and high dielectric strength, ensuring dependable performance in polluted, high-humidity, or coastal conditions.

Each unit features a pultruded fibreglass rod core for superior tensile and bending strength, encapsulated in UV-stabilised polymeric housing available in Silicone rubber or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA). Both materials are tested for long-term resistance to tracking, erosion, and environmental stress.
